Multiple filter criteria (cross-account and global)
You can setup multiple global rule filters that will be used across all email accounts, save locations and file name formats with the PRO version giving you more flexibility on how/where attachments are processed.
For example, you can setup one filter to look for emails from 'Payments' where the word 'Payments' appears as part of the email address and another filter for emails from 'Receipts' where the word 'Receipts' appears as part of the email address each of which can have distinct save locations and file formats (see below for more information).
Each rule filter, like the 'Payments' filter shown above, can be customized with various different matching criteria that gives tremendous power to you.
Any of the match fields like from, to or filename can also contain regular expressions by preceding the field with '!!' not including quotes.
Flexible filename format and save locations
For each rule filter, you can choose how the filename should be formatted and where the file should be saved. So you can have many filters and different save locations for each filter if you so choose.
You can choose from various templates as shown to form the filename. For example
will create a directory based on the email from and save all attachments from that email in that folder with the specified format like 'Payments_Inv0023.txt'.

Download actions (automate attachment processing)
For each rule filter, you can now configure several actions - save meta data file for each file or run a program or a script after the download completes.
- Run a script
You can use this to automate processing of attachments by running a script and passing the location of the file that was downloaded and any other meta information as arguments (the arguments are completely configurable).
- Save .csv for auditing purposes
Save a .csv or a meta data file along with each attachment download. This can then be used for auditing purposes if need be. This meta data file can have several configurable columns as specified by you and can include data from the email headers like from, to, cc etc.
