Mail Attachment Downloader is simple, quick and does what it says on the tin.
A subscription includes support and every major upgrade for as long as it's active. A one-time (perpetual) license includes support for the first year and doesn't include major upgrades (for example v3 → v4). You can buy support extensions after that.
First check the full feature list. If it isn't there, contact support. New actions can usually be added when there's a clear enough use case.
Pro Server. Pro Client can't run on Windows Server. Pro Server installs as a Windows service, so it keeps running when nobody is signed in, and it supports Windows Server, Azure and 64-bit. See the system requirements.

No. Mail Attachment Downloader PRO runs on your own PC or server and downloads emails and attachments directly from your mail server. No third-party service or cloud provider is involved in downloading them. The only time anything leaves your network is when you set up an action that does that, such as ChatGPT or Claude, a SharePoint upload or a webhook, and then only what that action sends.
Yes. Cancel the subscription and buy a one-time license.
