PII information, if collected, typically is stored for a period of 30 days. You may request deletion of PII data by contacting support@gearmage.com and specifying the PII data that needs to be deleted.
How do we protect visitor information?

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
We use regular Malware Scanning.
For payments we use a third-party vendor, Verifone (previously 2Checkout), to process all purchases securely. All other information provided on the website is used only for license management, product information, support and contact.
For our application analytics, we use trusted Google Analytics and Airbrake.IO or Bugsnag.com for error tracking. This information is not shared with any other third-party and will never be used for marketing purposes.
On our website, do we use 'cookies'?
