Convert PDF to DOCX easily\u00a0with\u00a0Mail Attachment Downloader PRO Server<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you run the server version you can run the program as a Windows Service that runs 24×7 unattended. Then\u00a0just email the PDF as an attachment to your email and have\u00a0Mail Attachment Downloader PRO Server<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>pick it up and automatically download\/convert the file and save it in the way you want it.<\/p>\n

  1. Open Global filters<\/strong> tab and either click the\u00a0Add new filter<\/strong> or Edit selected filter <\/strong>button<\/li>\n
  2. If you are creating a new rule, just enter a meaningful filter name.<\/li>\n
  3. Under\u00a0Actions, click\u00a0Add action<\/strong>\u00a0and choose\u00a0\u00a0Document conversion.\u00a0<\/strong>This will add a new action in the list to the left. Click on the\u00a0Document conversion<\/strong>\u00a0list item under\u00a0After saving file<\/strong>. You will see the conversions that are configured on the right side.\u00a0\"convert<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the Add conversion<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  5. In the From Type\u00a0<\/strong>select Any doc <\/strong>and the To Type\u00a0<\/strong>specify docx. <\/strong>Click OK.<\/strong>\"PDF<\/li>\n
  6. Save the rule and that’s it!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Any email that you receive that has a PDF\u00a0attachment (including some other related formats like LaTeX etc.) will be converted to DOCX.<\/p>\n

    If you receive\u00a0encrypted PDF files<\/strong>, you can provide the decryption password in the PDF Decryption Password<\/strong> text box as can be seen in the screenshot in Step-5<\/strong>. You will need to do this before you can convert it to DOCX.<\/p>\n
